How to login into the system? The system can be accessed through the login page that is accessible from the top menu. The user needs to enter a correct combination of username and password for the specific login mode. Currently, there are two types of authentication: Active Domain (AD) and SMARTIS Domain. For the AD mode, the username needs to be prefixed with the domain name. For example: [domain]\[username] Or postfixed with the domain name similar to an email address format. For example: [username]@[domain] Meanwhile, the SMARTIS mode does not need any prefix or postfix. The username is the user ID (normally employee ID) assigned by the system administrator. For example: [userid]

What is my password? This system can be accessed via AD or SMARTIS login mode. For the AD mode, the password is your AD's password (The key that you use to login into your PC). For the SMARTIS mode, the password has initially defaulted to 12345678. You can change the password anytime via the system. Once it is changed, the new password will take effect on the next login session.

How to retrieve back my password? The forgotten password can be reset by contacting the system administrator (SMARTIS mode) or IT technical staff (AD mode).

Where is the user manual? The user manual and tutorial video can be accessed by navigating to the supported document section in the login page.
